K-LOVE Names Andrew Lambeth Chief Marketing & Communications Officer

On September 1, K‑LOVE will add a seasoned Christian‑music veteran to its executive ranks. Andrew Lambeth has been tapped as the network’s new Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and will join the Ministry Leadership Team to oversee communications, creative and marketing.

Lambeth brings more than ten years of experience in the Christian music and media arena. Before joining K‑LOVE, he served as co‑general manager and senior vice president of marketing at Centricity Music, where he directed marketing, digital, radio promotion and product operations for a label that has produced several Billboard No. 1 hits and earned Gold and Platinum certifications for artists such as Lauren Daigle, Katy Nichole and Jordan Feliz. His tenure also saw the launch of new artists and flagship projects that received recognition at the GRAMMY Awards, the K‑LOVE Fan Awards and the GMA Dove Awards.

"I’ve spent my entire career inside Christian music because I believe these songs and artists do something special," Lambeth said. "At Centricity, I got to help launch artists and build stories around that belief, and I’m so grateful for a decade alongside the talented people there. K‑LOVE is where many of these songs and stories meet the most people, and I’m honored to join K‑LOVE’s excellent team in working to inspire people to move closer to Jesus."

K‑LOVE, owned by the Educational Media Foundation (EMF), is one of the United States’ largest contemporary Christian radio networks. As of 2019, its programming reached 520 FM stations and translators across 48 states, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. The network and its sister station Air1 reportedly drew a combined weekly audience of about 20 million listeners in 2018.

"Andrew is an industry leader who brings a brilliant strategic focus to this Ministry," said Tom Stultz, K‑LOVE Chief Executive Officer. "We believe he will help us continue to expand and grow the K‑LOVE audience and impact for the cause of Christ. His inside knowledge of the Christian music industry along with his many established contacts position him to make meaningful contributions to this Ministry quickly and in ways that are sustainable for the year to come. His passion for helping others draw closer to Jesus makes him an excellent fit for K‑LOVE."

Lambeth’s arrival follows K‑LOVE’s recent expansion of its executive team, which included the hiring of Gator Harrison as Chief Media Officer earlier this year. Harrison’s background in radio programming and digital media is expected to complement Lambeth’s marketing expertise.

The new chief marketing officer is poised to reshape K‑LOVE’s approach to artist promotion and audience engagement. His experience with digital campaigns and product operations at Centricity suggests a focus on integrated marketing across radio, streaming, social media and live events. The network has already been experimenting with short‑form worship content and cross‑platform storytelling, trends that align with Lambeth’s track record of launching artists and building narratives that resonate with listeners.

For Centricity, Lambeth’s departure marks the end of a period in which the label’s marketing initiatives helped propel several artists to chart‑topper status and award‑winning recognition. His work on campaigns that earned Billboard No. 1 placements and industry awards demonstrates a capacity to translate creative concepts into measurable audience growth.

K‑LOVE’s leadership team will now rely on Lambeth to steer the network’s marketing strategy through an increasingly competitive Christian media landscape. The organization’s mission to spread the Gospel through contemporary music positions it uniquely to leverage his industry connections and data‑driven approach.

As Lambeth assumes his new role, K‑LOVE will continue to broadcast its signature blend of contemporary Christian music to millions of listeners while expanding its digital footprint and deepening its community outreach. The network’s next steps will likely involve refining its marketing mix, enhancing cross‑platform storytelling, and strengthening partnerships with artists and labels that share its mission.

The appointment underscores the growing importance of strategic marketing within Christian media, where audience engagement and narrative consistency are critical to sustaining growth and impact.
